Jaipur Morni was created in 2019, when designer Tushti Bhatia realized her dream of creating her own Indo-Western brand in her hometown of Jaipur, India. She learned everything about clothing manufacturing from the ground up in order to be able to bring her vision to life. Her designs quickly gained popularity in India for their bold prints, flattering styles, and comfortable cotton material.

With growing domestic success, Tushti began to eye opportunities to bring her unique designs and the beautiful fabrics of Jaipur abroad. Through a collaborative effort, Jaipur Morni USA launched in the US in July 2021.

Our Team

We are so grateful to be supported by a talented team in Jaipur who make everything possible. Meet some of our team members:

Raja Giri Goswami aka Master ji
Lovingly referred to as ‘Master Ji’ by all the employees, he is a man of talent and skill. He is the driving force of our team and all the other employees have a lot to learn from him. He is a powerhouse of knowledge and under his supervision all the other employees. He recently fulfilled his life-long dream of coming to work in his own car!
In his free time, he enjoys catching up with his family and watching Mythological Indian shows.
Kishan ji

Meet Kishan Ji- ‘Jack of all trades’. You will find Kishan Ji running around the factory taking care of everything from- minuscule errands to big urgent tasks! All are accomplished under the perfect eye of Kishan Ji. He has a knack for getting things perfect every time and that’s what we love about him.

Having worked as a chef for almost 8 years, he makes lip-smacking Pasta which he sometimes also gets for his team members.

Santosh/Santoshi

The very humble and sweet ‘Santoshi’ makes sure an online order is never missed. She has an eye of a hawk when it comes to giving finishing touches. From packing to dispatching, all is taken care of by her. She likes to spend her Sundays listening to Bollywood songs and reading some good books. She’s also a self-taught henna artist!

Nauseem ji

He’s a veteran when it comes to the art of stitching. Give him a fabric and he’ll turn into a masterpiece in no time! He began stitching 35 years ago and his treasure of knowledge is always useful for young ‘Karigars’ in our team. They all look up to him for resourceful ideas. He began his stitching courier in 1985 in Uttar Pradesh where he had his own tailoring shop. He later moved to Delhi in 2000 for better work prospects and finally settled in Jaipur in 2019 where he and his son both could find employment.  We’re lucky to have him in our team.

He’s up to date with current political affairs in the country and enjoys travel.

Our Values

People - Our people are at the heart of our work. We strive to bring quality livelihoods to artisans, sewists, and others involved in the creation of our designs in Jaipur. We also strive to bring joy to all those who purchase our products and enjoy the quality handiwork and beautiful prints.

Planet - Sustainability is central to what we do. We work with organic cottons and dyes as much as possible and make use of our waste fabrics to create packaging, purses, scrunchies, quilts, and other articles. We are constantly looking for ways to level up our sustainability standards, from compostable packaging to recycled fabrics.

Our Vision

Our goal is twofold: to bring the joy and beauty of traditional Jaipuri fabrics to people in the United States while simultaneously creating quality livelihoods for artisans in Jaipur. With our cross-border partnership, we are in a unique position to be able to achieve these goals.
