Jaipur Morni Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Jaipur Morni, every piece is lovingly handcrafted in Jaipur, India, with the hope that you will enjoy it for years to come. We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase, which is why our Customer Care team is always here to guide you before you place your order.


Choosing the Right Size

We understand that sizing can be tricky when shopping online, but we’re here to make it simple! To ensure the best fit and avoid size-related issues (the most common reason for returns), we recommend:

  • Measuring your chest at the fullest point and comparing it to our size chart.

  • For garments that are lined, we generally recommend sizing up if you are in doubt.

  • You can also take your favorite garment that fits you well, measure it from armhole to armhole, and share a picture with us.

Simply email or WhatsApp us the measurements along with the product you’re interested in, and our team will happily recommend the best size for you.

Our Policy

Because we ship directly from our workshop in India to your doorstep in the U.S., international returns and exchanges are more complex. Here’s how we handle them:

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take the utmost care in ensuring your order is perfect, if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at namaste@jaipurmorniusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request:

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.

  • Please note that slight weaving irregularities, print variations, or natural fabric characteristics are not considered defects, as they are part of the beauty of handcrafted garments.

Once our team reviews and confirms the defect, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund (minus original shipping fees), or

  • Offer a replacement (depending on product availability). In this case, the product is to be returned to us by the customer. 

  • Refunds are only issued after approval of the claim.


Size Concerns

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online, which is why our Customer Care team is always available to guide you before you place an order. We strongly encourage you to:

  • Compare your body measurements with our size chart, or

  • Share measurements/photos of a garment that fits you well so we can recommend the best size.

If, despite following our guidance, you still experience a size issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

Please note:

  • Partial refunds for size issues are evaluated case by case and are not automatic.

  • Size concerns raised without prior use of our size assistance service may not be eligible.


Optional Returns

If you would still like to proceed with a return for another reason, you are welcome to ship the item back to us at your own cost. Please note:

  • You will need to purchase your own return shipping label (we are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels).

  • The refund will be processed minus the original forward shipping fee and minus any U.S. import duties/tariffs charged on the return shipment.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! That’s why we allow order cancellations.

  • All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in production or processing, and we will not be able to cancel it.

  • If you need to cancel, please email us right away at namaste@jaipurmorniusa.com with your order details.


Quality & Care

Our garments are handmade with natural fabrics, so slight variations are part of their beauty. To keep your pieces looking fresh and long-lasting:

  • Wash gently in cold water only.

  • Dry on low heat or hang to dry.


Final Sale Items

Items purchased on Sale, with discounts, or from the Final Sale category are not eligible for refund or exchange.
